After playing through Sveta's route (why is this thread titled "Light" anyway?), getting her pregnant, and meeting her sister, I still haven't managed to gain access to Sveta's old apartment. After looking through the whole game and trying everything I can think of, I finally figured it out.
You can only gain access to Sveta's apartment if you chose to remember the prom and go with her at game start.
Getting access to the apartment is important if you plan to do Vika's route.

How does one get invited to her home? I have her park activities (Action, Communication) and nothing else. Whenever we walk in the Park, we speak then drink and separate and that's it. I don't ever get any other events for or from her.
I can only get to grope her in the Park by maxing out her stats (cheating) but otherwise nothing.
