Either than game or translation engine isn't sandbox friendly. Text doesn't load when the game runs.

Anyone have information on what the underlying tech stack is?

Edit: btw, when I open the game, I can hear the BGM but the screen is just black. Any solution?

Maybe try to launch the game via a shortcut. (right click>send to>desktop, in win11 you need to click view more)

I have similar error, though in my case the error code is:
c0000005

The above recommended solutions are crap:
- The making of shortut to .exe is stupidest tip of all
- The game directory is not located on DESKTOP. It's in fully writable non-system disk, root directory even Z:\GAME
- What game RTP? I have some RTPs for RPGM games, but this game engine is classified as OTHERS
